Reko Lehti is passionate about transforming companies and their business models with the help of data and technology. He is an executive partner at Taival, a company focusing on digitalization, ecosystems, and strategy advisory. Reko worked previously as Head of Technology and Development at Alko Oy, managing the business architecture, strategy process and information security. He also led the business operating model development of Alko’s award–winning digital sales platform.
Reko has extensive experience of global and local consulting projects in Finland and Sweden across various industries. Reko has managed multiple short–term strategy and architecture development engagements and various large–scale transformations.
