To me, the best business change journeys:
—change people behaviour and thinking (this being the single most important success measure)
—digitalise business and processes in unseen ways
—indisputably measure the realised business benefits in near real-time
—deploy leaner processes, simplify IT–landscapes and gain 10x– the value of data
—create social gravity and convert people (employees, collaborators and customers) to fans.
When the above happens, unfairly great value is delivered and competitors talk of 'disruption'. My passion lies in planning, leading and delivering such change journeys in global scale.
I have been a core team member and coach of several large business transformations, including business turnarounds and major M&As. These include merger of Nokia and Siemens Networks, Outokumpu Inoxum merger, integration of AlcatelLucent to Nokia and setting up a 16.000 people JV in China, Shanghai. I'm also known as a public speaker. My interactive sessions cover topics of business transformation journeys, change leadership, M&A best practices, Automated Process Discovery, why project fail, data driven enterprises and AI.
Autumn 2017 I initiated AI Monday, a business networking event series for AI curious business people in Finland, currently growing pan-European (www.AI-Monday.fi)
