Prof. Dr. Matthias C. Kettemann leads the Research Group Global Constitutionalism and the Internet at the Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society, Berlin, and the Research Program on Private Communication Orders at the Leibniz Institute for Media Research, Hans–Bredow–Institut, Hamburg.
As Professor of Innovation, Theory and Philosophy of Law and head of the Department for Theory and Future of Law at the University of Innsbruck, Austria, he works and publishes on the Power of Rules and the Rules of Power in Online Spaces and has been engaged as an expert for the Council of Europe, the OSCE, the German and Canadian parliaments, a number of ministries and national and international IT companies.
